By using Alpaca Launch services and website, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them as our services evolve.

Services

Alpaca Launch provides web development, hosting, business platform tools, and managed services as described in our pricing tiers. Deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

Ownership

You own your data, your content, and your business platform. We retain ownership of the underlying Alpaca Launch codebase and infrastructure. You may export your data at any time.

Payments & Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe, e-transfer, or cash. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Custom projects follow the payment schedule agreed upon in the project proposal.

Uptime & Liability

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Legal Entity & Governing Law

Alpaca Launch is a registered business name (BIN 1001552002) of 1001549158 Ontario Inc., an Ontario corporation with its registered office at 19162 2nd Concession Road, East Gwillimbury, Ontario L9N 0H3, Canada. These terms and any agreement formed under them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
